SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery Area
ISOCO Plastics Technology GmbH generally delivers worldwide.
For many countries, shipping costs are calculated automatically in the online shop and displayed during the checkout process.
If no shipping costs are available for a specific destination country, or if the ordered quantity or shipment weight exceeds the shipping limits configured in the shop, delivery is only possible on the basis of an individual quotation. In such cases, the purchase contract is concluded only after a separate review of the shipping options and an explicit order confirmation by ISOCO Plastics Technology GmbH.
Shipping Costs within Germany
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipment weight and displayed before completion of the order process.
Orders with a value of EUR 500.00 net or the corresponding gross amount qualify for free shipping within Germany.
For consumers, the displayed gross prices including applicable VAT are always decisive.
Bulky Goods Surcharge
Certain products may be subject to an additional bulky goods surcharge due to their size, weight or shipping characteristics.
The bulky goods surcharge amounts to EUR 70.00 net plus applicable VAT.
The surcharge is displayed on the relevant product page and during checkout.
A bulky goods surcharge may also apply to orders that qualify for free shipping if this is expressly stated for the respective product.
International Deliveries
For deliveries outside Germany, shipping costs are calculated based on destination country, weight, volume and shipping method.
Where automatic calculation is available, shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
If automatic calculation is not possible, the customer will receive an individual shipping quotation upon request.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Fees
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, fees or other governmental charges.
Such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the competent authorities or service providers.
Price Display Information
The online shop is intended for both consumers and business customers.
For transparency purposes, product prices may be displayed both net (excluding VAT) and gross (including VAT).
For consumers, the displayed gross price including applicable VAT is always the legally relevant final price.
For business customers, displayed net prices apply plus any applicable VAT, unless a statutory VAT exemption applies.
Business customers within the European Union may qualify for VAT-exempt intra-community deliveries if a valid VAT identification number is provided and all legal requirements are fulfilled.
For technical reasons related to the shop system, comparison prices or strike-through prices shown during promotions or sales campaigns may be displayed on a net basis. The actual sales price displayed to consumers always includes applicable VAT and constitutes the relevant final price.
