Long Small Load Carrier 6648/12415 – BMW Version

The Long Small Load Carrier 6648/12415 BMW Version has been specially developed for use in automotive logistics and complies with the requirements of the BMW container standard. Its dimensions allow the safe transport and storage of long or bulky components that cannot be accommodated, or can only be accommodated to a limited extent, in standard small load carriers.

The closed composite base ensures reliable handling in automated conveying and handling systems as well as in manual material flow.

Colour Change Notice

The BMW Group has changed the colour of its pool containers from Signal Violet (RAL 4008) to Dusty Grey (RAL 7037). All newly manufactured BMW versions are now produced exclusively in Dusty Grey (RAL 7037).

Signal Violet containers already in circulation will remain within the BMW container pool and are fully compatible with the new Dusty Grey containers.

Please note that, together with the colour change, the container markings and identification have also been updated. The markings on the new Dusty Grey version differ from those on the former Signal Violet version in accordance with the current BMW specifications.
